Barb helped my parents sell my grandmothers house and she explained every document they had to sign and was extremely patient with selling to a family member. She was organized and stayed in contact with us even when she was on vacation. My parents were extremely pleased having Barb as their realtor. Working with Barb was a fantastic experience! My husband and I were first time homebuyers and she made the process so much less intimidating than it seemed. If we had any questions she was quick to respond and had plenty of resources and recommendations at her fingertips. She also helped us to negotiate savings on closing costs. My sister recommended Barbara to us after a not so fun experience with another realtor. Barbara did an amazing job finding my expanding family and I a new home. We are new parents and we’re looking for a home we could see our family grow into. She also helped us sell our townhome. She has amazing communication skills and could always keep me calm every when things were tough. She was able to sell our home and find us a home that we love even in this crazy housing market. Sometimes things in life happen randomly. That's how I found one of Maryland's best realtors! April of Re/Max 100 Leonardtown is a master of her craft. I moved to MD in June 2019 and stayed w friends while searching for my new home. April stayed in constant contact, listened to my requirements and kept me in the loop electronically of all opportunities that met my criteria. Most of all, April treated me like a human being, not a $ sign, which was my biggest criteria. After searching and searching, I decided on a property that was perfect for my needs. April walked me through all the steps, communicated with the property manager/owner for me, and let me read word for word the agreements, and I signed on the dotted line, letting me move in the following week!
