I’m Barbara Erwin, Realtor and I’ve bought and sold properties in Texas, Indiana, Illinois, Arizona and the US Virgin Islands. Before my real estate career, I was a teacher of special needs students and administrator. I’ve found that I enjoy working with the public, and love helping match folks with just that right home.

I assist sellers, marketing their properties to get top dollar. I assist buyers guiding them through every phase of a sale, from scouting out and researching properties to closing the deal. I work tirelessly on behalf of my clients, researching, completing CMAs, previewing homes as well as any and all other necessary work so as my clients have no surprises.
