She has a level of expertise and knowledge that will get you on the right track to more showings and getting your house sold. We found Barb through one of my Wife's friends who had sold and bought a home with her help. She came highly recommended - when you see her in action you'll see a true professional who is quite knowledgeable about the real estate business and works very hard to protect the interests of her clients. Barb was great at getting us to cleanup and clean out our house so we were ready to stage and show. She helped us understand that what you want and have in your house may not be what a buyer wants. Less IS more and she did such a great job of staging out house I ALMOST wanted to stay. Showings worked out well and she scheduled an open house within the first few weeks of it being on the market. This helped generate a lot of foot traffic and interest. This in a neighborhood where houses have sat for months (and years) for sale. When MULTIPLE(!) offers were made on our home, Barb helped us pick the best one and worked through the arduous process of home inspection. When issues were found (there are ALWAYS issues), Barb helped us through all the concerns raised by the buyer. Her list of repair people and movers beats Angies List hands down - everyone she sent us was honest, dependable, and charged a fair priced. No need find the missing contractor games after they started a job. There was no drama on the day of settlement. Barb handled the entire process with aplomb. All our paperwork was in order and we were done the whole process within an hour! Since we wanted a house in the same area, Barb worked very hard to help us find a house in a great neighborhood that we both love that was in our price range. Barb was key in getting the seller to follow through on requested repairs and had all the paperwork in order when we did the almost impossible task of closing on the same day we sold our old home. I highly recommend Barb. From the initial process of getting our house ready to sell, to clean up/clean out, staging, showing, the run up to settlement, closing, and even buying another house the same day, Barb handled the entire process with aplomb, concern, honesty and a remarkable level of knowledge. Definitely the person I'd turn to if I were selling or buying another home.

Houses in our neighborhood were sitting for months even with drastically reduced prices, so we needed the best. A friend recommended Barb, saying how she sold a house of another client she knew in ONE WEEK! Her own house sold within a short amount of time, too. Barb knew how to price the home, encouraged us to declutter and keep things spotless. We had a few showings and then she scheduled a successful Open House 2 weeks after our house was officially for sale. Within a month, our house already had 3 offers, one of which we accepted at full asking price. Our house in a modest neighborhood was not brand-new or fabulous, but she helped us accentuate its best features and qualities to attract the ideal buyer. We were very satisfied when we met the buyer at the closing who was thrilled to buy our home. Once the papers were drawn up, any repairs we had to make or anything we had to adjust as per the inspection and buyers' request were undertaken. Barb suggested professionals who would take care of our home's needs. Everyone she suggested was nice, reasonably priced and thorough in their work (we saved the list for future reference if necessary!). We felt confident that things would go well, and they did due to the hard work she did to sell our home. To top that off, she helped us locate a beautiful, spacious home in our price range and in a nice neighborhood. When we visited homes, she carefully pointed out the defects and offered possibilities about what we could do with potential homes and why they were good or bad prospects for us. She was fully invested in not only selling our first home but finding a great one for us to move into and enjoy.

Thanks to her years of experience in the South Jersey real estate market we sold our house when there were a glut of homes on the market. She helped us price our home right so we could sell quickly and reunite our family living on opposite coasts. Not only did Barb market our home, she also helped stage the house, literally helping us move our own furniture and advising us on color trends so we could make the house look contemporary with just a few accessories. We used a relocation company who required a certified real estate agent in the area. Barb was already certified and helped us navigate the requirements of the relocation company while keeping the buyers happy. Because of her many contacts, when the home inspection showed a slight mold problem, Barb was able to find us an experienced and ethical mold remediation company who performed the job quickly and affordably so we could close on time (the estimate we received from another mold specialist was $4,000 over Barb’s contact).
