I’ve resided in Central Florida for 24 years which enables me to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in respect to buying and selling local Real Estate. There are little things that can be done before a listing goes active that help sellers get top dollar and gets them under contract quickly. It is part of my mission to share my insights and advise to achieve a lucrative and quick outcome for my sellers. When selling a home I will take care of everything you need from start to close. I will advertise your home, show it to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections & contract contingencies, handle all necessary paperwork, and supervise the closing.
