About Barbara

After over 30 years in the business of helping people buy and sell property, I feel like I've received my PhD in Real Estate. With a background in education, I believe that my clients should have the knowledge to make an intelligent decision based on their needs and wants. Very knowledgable of the area and the real estate market. Barb takes time to understand what one is looking forward and she is concerned that you find a place that you really want. Barbara is well versed in her knowledge of the market in all the neighborhood suburbs near our home. She uses spreadsheets listing all the neighboring suburbs by columns then compares our amenities to others in the area to determine the sale value. She compares apples to apples. Barb is very responsive and always makes herself available either in person, internet or phone. She is very knowledgeable about the market and the Northwest communities. She knows the market and was very helpful in pricing my home which sold in approximately 4 days. Barb made herself quickly available when looking to buy a home also. We saw quite a few homes before a decision was finally made. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had about the properties we visited.
