I grew up in South Tampa and know the local area well. Having attended both the University of Tampa and the University of South Florida, I received my BA in German and my MA in Social Science. From 1972 to 1988 I resided in Southern Germany, where I worked on the Universitaet Erlangen-Nuernberg and Siemens AG. In 1988 my two children, Sascha and Corinna, returned with me to sunny Florida.

My area of expertise includes Crystal Beach, Palm Harbor, Ozona, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Oldsmar, the Westchase area of Tampa, Trinity, Clearwater, our fabulous Gulf Beaches and the tri-county area of Pinellas, Pasco & western Hillsborough.

Barbara is thorough, determined and professional in her business dealings. Shes so knowledgeable on the areas she deals in as shes resided in Florida for many years. We so enjoyed purchasing our new build with her as she went weekly and took pictures and sent them to us without us asking her to !! We live out of country so we ere thrilled with her attention to detail. I would use her again in a heartbeat.
