There are not enough words to explain how incredible it was to work with Barb while buying my home. As a first time home buyer, I anticipated the process to be very overwhelming, but Barb made the process so smooth and painless. I own my own business and had a lot of specifications that I was looking for and Barb was so accommodating with finding the perfect listings for me to check out. She was always 100% transparent and honest about what was both positive and negative about the homes and repeatedly told me not to settle. I felt like she truly wanted me to have the perfect home and was not just trying to make a quick sale. She worked with me for over a year and a half and over that time we became like family. She has an inspiring work ethic, is very knowledgable, is an excellent negotiator as witnessed during all contractual writing, and she genuinely cares about the people she works with.
