Barbara Lynch

Barbara Lynch has been a licensed real estate broker since 1979. Barbara has continually earned Top Producer awards for sales volume and outstanding customer service throughout her real estate career. She also holds the professional designations of Seniors Real Estate Specialist ((SRES), Certified New Home Sale Professional (CSP) and Accredited Staging Professional Realtor (ASP), and is a former member of the City of Santa Rosa Planning Commission from 1992 to 1998.

For many years, Barbara specialized in new home sales and marketing and spent 5 years working for Del Webb Corporation / Pulte Homes. From 1997 to 2002, she worked at Clover Springs by Del Webb and Sun City Lincoln Hills, specializing in Active Adult Community home sales. While working for Del Webb/Pulte Homes, Barbara was a consistent multi mullion dollar producer and member of the prestigious President's Club, an honor bestowed to less than 5% of all Del Webb / Pulte Homes sales agents in the entire country.

Barbara is currently working as a Broker Associate with McBride Realty, the Number One Sales office in the Active Adult Community of Oakmont, located in the beautiful Valley of the Moon in Sonoma County.
