I recently worked with Barb during the purchase of a 3 acre lot that we intend on building our house upon. This was an entirely new process for me and I didn’t have a single clue where to start! Barb was available via email, text and call from the point of looking at the property to after the title was officially in my name. She assisted with previous site plans for the property, providing deed restrictions, facilitated the offer, acceptance, and final paperwork with the title agency, all while answering my many questions and helping greatly! I would love to work with Barb again in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home or land.
