Barbara Pater

Barbara Pater has lived in Chapel Hill since 1997. She and her husband decided then that they wanted to find the ideal place to raise their children. They were living in Southern California, and although it was beautiful, it did not offer what they wanted for their kids. After screening several cities, they settled on Lake Hogan Farms in Chapel Hill. We currently live in Briar Chapel- just south of Chapel Hill. She has earned the International Presidents Elite Award for the last 5 years. That puts her in the top 5% .

While living in California, her family owned and operated a wholesale retail silk flower plant and Christmas business for twenty-one years. That experience in the design field has been tremendously valuable in helping Barbara understand how to prepare a home for a quick sale. Since moving to North Carolina, and before she became a real estate agent, she worked as a flight attendant with Midway Airlines.
