Barbara Phillips

Born in Minnesota, Barbara has lived in North Carolina most of her life. A graduate of Cardinal Gibbons High School in Raleigh and East Carolina University in Greenville, she loves calling North Carolina "home." As a former divisional merchandise manager and store manager with Belk, she's always been an individual guiding others and making a difference in their lives. Reaching out to orphans in Africa has become a passion as she helps support these children through the ZOE-Giving Hope Ministry. She continues to reach out locally through her church, local emergency food pantry, and Military Missions in Action.

With a strong connection to her community and a deep drive to make a difference, it's no surprise that Barbara is such a success in her career.
