I am proud to go on record that I was Barbara's 1st client when she launched out into this business about 17 years ago. It was my 1st property and her 1st deal. I asked her at closing if she knew what she was doing and she responded no. Lol. Can you imagine the adrenaline. Lol. I told her no house, no payment. Lol. What she trained for must have kicked in because I got my first house and she got paid as promised with a tip, because she remained calm, cool and collective and kept me from nervous breakdown. It was a fun and laughable time. She knew more than she thought. You know how that first deal is while on the job training. Lol. Ms Price is Awesome! It took me over 2 yrs to find my house. I was out of town and very picky but Ms Price hung in their with me and I finally found a house I wanted and she was there every step of the way. I would recommend her 3x over.
