Her quick, timely responses by phone, text or e-mail to each of her clients and other agents facilitate a high level of communication throughout each transaction.She has been working in sales and marketing throughout her business career. Initially as a buyer for a national department store chain she honed her negotiating skills and gained an appreciation of what it takes to get a deal done in representing a buyer. Later, she was on the seller side when she became a sales representative for another national company, thereby giving her a tremendous understanding of representing a seller.

This background has provided a strong foundation for the services Barbara provides to her real estate clients. She has a passion for architecture, design and function and truly loves helping clients with the important life decision of buying a home. Her attention to detail can't be emphasized enough especially in staging a home for sale, weighing the pros and cons of deciding among multiple homes when a client is looking to purchase a home, and assisting a client (whether seller or buyer) on the journey from the negotiation of the contract through the date of settlement.Barbara is a graduate of the University of Maryland and holds a B.A. Degree. She is a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Maryland Association of Realtors. As a lifelong resident of Baltimore, she is very familiar with all of the neighborhoods in the Baltimore Metropolitan and surrounding areas.
