Barbara Riske

Barbara began working in real estate in 1989 and immediately knew that she had found her career! She specialized in working with builders of single-family homes in the beginning then moved on to resales. Within a few years she was the top producer in the office and eventually accepted an offer to become one of the owners of a national real estate franchise. Barbara owned that franchise in Sumner with 3 partners for 8 years followed by 3 years of sole proprietor ownership.

In 2010 Barbara merged her company with another national franchised company and began focusing on commercial sales; in 2018 she joined the KW Commercial Offenbecher company to focus solely on commercial sales.

With 30+ years of experience, Barbara understands the mechanics of real estate sales and specifically enjoys working with business clients. You will find her knowledgeable, professional, top negotiator, great listener, personable and well connected to the community.

Barbara enjoys reading, hiking/camping, grandchildren and meaningful relationships with family, friends and faith.
