She has collaborated with some of the most prominent developers including such as Vornado Realty Trust, Worldwide Holdings (Zeckendorf), Skyline Development, Extell Development Company, Alexico Group, Brodsky Organization, Macklowe Properties, and Icon Realty, to name a few. She has also interfaced with celebrated architects such as Cesar Pelli, Jacques Grange, Peter Marino, Rafael Vinoly, Costas Kondylis, Cetra Ruddy, and Bill Sofield.
After working on two of the largest conversions in New York in the mid eighty’s, Barbara spent 13 years as a Director of Sales for Louise Sunshine, founder of The Sunshine Group, and then with Corcoran Sunshine when the company was sold in 2002. Barbara was responsible for selling premier new developments such as Zeckendorf Towers, 2250 Broadway, The Boulevard, Park Avenue Court, 90 East End Avenue, 310 East 53rd Street, Grand Beekman, One Beacon Court, 170 East End Avenue, 535 WEA, The Mark, The Lucida, 40 East 66th Street, 432 Park Avenue and most recently Beckford House & Tower.
Barbara's experience in sales also encompasses the ultra-luxury resale market, and in 2012, was named one of the Wall Street Journal’s top real estate brokers in the United States, with over $55 million in sales in just eight months.
