Barbara Swindlehurst

Pledge to Clients: I believe that an open line of communication is the key to a successful Broker and Client relationship. Understanding the client's needs and desires coupled with my expertise will allow a smooth transaction from start to finish. Professional Experience: I became a licensed Broker in the State of Colorado in January of 1998. I spent many of those years in the Denver Metro Area. I was selected to be the Managing Broker for two start up companies: one a traditional brokerage and the other a land acquisition company for a Denver developer.
Education: I have formal training in Early Childhood Education, as a Paralegal, and in the real estate field. After becoming a real estate broker, I went on to obtain my professional designations to further enhance my knowledge and to better serve my clients. I will obtain my New Mexico real estate license by the end of 2018 to better serve clients living near the Colorado/New Mexico border.Outside Interests: My true passion is the outdoors. Hiking in the beautiful Rocky Mountains allows me to see the wonder all around me. I also enjoy an evening of Country Western dancing where I can listen to the music and move to the rhythm of a good band.

Personal Information: I have three grown children who live throughout the United States: a daughter and son in Denver and my youngest son in Washington, D.C. My two oldest children went into the culinary field while the youngest decided to serve our country in the Air Force. I have six grandchildren ranging in age from 2 years to 16 years. My husband and I love to travel and visit a new place around the globe every year.
