About Barbara

I believe that an open line of communication is the key to a successful Broker and Client relationship. Understanding the client's needs and desires coupled with my expertise will allow a smooth transaction from start to finish. I became a licensed Broker in the State of Colorado in January of 1998. I spent many of those years in the Denver Metro Area. I was selected to be the Managing Broker for two start-up companies: one a traditional brokerage and the other a land acquisition company for a Denver developer. I have formal training in Early Childhood Education, as a Paralegal, and in the real estate field. After becoming a real estate broker, I went on to obtain my professional designations to further enhance my knowledge and to better serve my clients. My true passion is the outdoors. Hiking in the beautiful Rocky Mountains allows me to see the wonder all around me. I also enjoy an evening of Country Western dancing where I can listen to the music and move to the rhythm of a good band. I have three grown children who live throughout the United States: a daughter and son in Texas and a son in Ohio. I have six grandchildren, ranging in age from 4 to 18 years. My husband and I love to travel and visit a new place around the globe every year.
