She was attentive to our needs and wants and guided us through the process of purchasing our new home and selling our old home. She kept us informed every step of the way! We were moving to the Elizabethtown area from an area I had lived all my 67 years. Barbara Tipton, with Exit Realty, was referred to us by our daughter. Barbara is a very dedicated, hard working, knowledgeable and friendly agent! She took into consideration what we were looking for and gave us a list of all available listings at that time, and sent us new listings as they came available. As we looked at many houses, I was afraid Barbara would tire of working with us, but she was always willing and eager to show us properties, even on a few hours notice. Barbara did an excellent job, and was a HUGE help in finding us our perfect home!
