About Barbara
as Vice President and Sales and Leasing Associate in the Bethlehem, Pennsylvania office, with headquarters in the Fleet Building in downtown Bethlehem. Barbara specializes in the acquisition and disposition of commercial, investment, industrial and retail properties. She is experienced in investment sales, valuation, landlord/tenant representation, lease negotiation, investment analysis and consultation, feasibility analysis, site selection, 1031 exchange, zoning, code enforcement and construction. Additionally, she has a passion for urban development and the revitalization of blighted downtown areas.
From 1996-2003, Mrs. Ziev was a top-producing sales and leasing associate with Summit Management and Realty Company, Allentown Pennsylvania. Prior to her real estate sales experience, she was the principal of Integrated Interiors, Inc., a commercial furniture company specializing in design, space planning, furniture specifications and sales. Mrs. Ziev started her career in medical sales from 1982 to 1990.

Mrs. Ziev attended DeSales University where she studied liberal arts and presently is enrolled in the spiritual psychology program at the University of Santa Monica. She also attended Northampton Community College for interior design. Mrs. Ziev is currently taking classes for her brokers license.
