Barbara did a wonderful job for us as a realtor. She not only secured a great price for the sale of our home in this complex market, but worked extra hard dealing with unexpected and unusual circumstances surrounding the sale. For instance, I had to travel out of state for an extensive period of time the day after we received the offer to purchase. In my absence, Barbara took care of the many details that should normally be accomplished personally by the seller in pre-sale. Barbara was always there to help us and responded quickly to all our questions and requests. I cannot say enough good things about her work ethic and dedication to our needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone who desires the services of a hard working and dedicated realtor.
