I wanted to take a few minutes and thank you for all your hard work in selling our condo. I hope this review will help others learn what an exemplary realtor you are. You were honest and direct in all our dealings, from the pre-contract meeting right up until settlement. You did a very good job explaining how the sale process would work and the helpful things we could do to hopefully get a quick sale. When we had the hiccup of the first contract falling through, you immediately jumped back into sales mode to bring us another successful offer in record time. You were proactive and communicated with us on all points. You know Lionsgate from roof top terrace to parking garage. No other realtor has your history of success or knowledge in the building. You provided the support and confidence we needed to get the deal done. I will gladly recommend you to friends, family and acquaintances.

Barrie is the most incredible realtor with whom I have ever worked. Not only is she the consummate professional, but she is also a miracle saleswoman. Barrie secured the best price for my apartment during the Covid pandemic when no other units in the building were being sold. I was out of the country when I decided to sell my apartment so Barrie oversaw all aspects of the marketing, which included staging, purchasing and installing new ceiling fixtures, and bringing items from her own apartment as well as fresh flowers to provide an elegant look for the photo shoot and subsequent buyer showings. Her added personal touch definitely enhanced the sales value.

Barrie was a tough negotiator on my behalf. She never hesitated to keep me informed throughout the process. She was on call 24/7 and on one occasion she set her alarm for the middle of the night (we had a 6-hour time difference and she didn’t want to disturb my sleep!) to ensure I received an important notification regarding an offer.

Barrie did not stop assisting me after the apartment was sold. She even volunteered to supervise the packing so that I would not have to return to the US during the pandemic. Barrie was by my side every step of the way and did whatever was necessary to make my move as stress-free as possible.

Barrie provides first class real estate service and I highly recommend her to anyone planning to sell their home.

Barrie Kydd met my expectations and beyond yet again. My primary goal was to have as short of a gap between tenants as possible. I don't think anyone could have done better than Barrie did. To have a tenant starting on January 1st, during this type of covid environment, and during the holidays have made this tenant transition ideal. On top of that, the tenant wants 3 years. Excellent!

The unseen little things that Barrie brings to the table, I think, all played a part in this ultimate result. Things like being familiar with the building, navigating during this covid environment, professionalism, negotiating skills, are just a few of the invaluables that I appreciated.

I would definitely recommend Barrie. She represented me, multiple times over the course of 7 years.

Barrie is simply the best!! From the day we listed our condo with her until the closing, she acted in a friendly, professional, responsible way. Barrie was such a pleasure to work with. She immediately responded to every phone call, text, or email. We had a small construction project during the sale which Barry supervised for us since we were selling long distance. I met Barrie when I called Long and Foster about a property I saw listed and luckily Barrie answered the phone. I had been casually looking at houses for a bit but was now getting more serious about buying. Having bought several houses in other states I was surprised that none of the agents I had met in Maryland took any interest in me as a client. That is until I met Barrie. She got it right away. I made it clear up front that it might be a while before I was ready to buy and that was fine with her. She was prepared to commit to working hard for me as long as I was prepared to commit to working exclusively with her. I was happy to make that deal as I finally met an agent who was eager and excited to work hard for me.
