Let me start by saying that I was so blessed to have Barrie as my agent. The market has been so tough, but Barrie helped me navigate through the buying process. She was extremely positive and encouraging when I was outbid numerous times on different homes, and because of her I was remained hopeful. Barrie is so professional and knowledgeable; and I must say that I have learned A LOT from her when it came to buying my first home. She really knows her stuff and you can tell that she really enjoys what she does.

I just closed on my home yesterday and I must say that even though I am elated to have found my home with Barrie’s help, I’m also sad that our journey together is coming to an end. It was a pleasure working with Barrie. She helped us get our dream home last year. Housing Market had been so tough after the pandemic and we didn’t have high expectations but Berry really helped us get a good deal.

Barrie is very knowledgeable about the market and always gave us great advice when we needed it most. Especially when giving the offer, some things were important for us but we thought it might be too much to ask. Barrie was able to get us as many items that needed to be addressed before the closing.

When we began the home buying process we were overwhelmed by the extremely competitive Boston-area market and by the stories we'd heard about home searches taking years. Being matched with Barrie Naji was a blessing.

Here's what I can tell you about working with Barrie:

- She walked us through every step of the process and was always ready to answers any questions we had. She was consistently available and flexible, visiting homes all over eastern Massachusetts with us.

- She had a wealth of recommendations for other people we needed to work with during the home buying process, such as lenders and attorneys

- She gave us honest advice about each offer. She explained what she felt would be a competitive offer, as an expert, but never pressured us to bid more than we were comfortable with. She also advised us about contingencies, giving her view professionally and personally, but would then step back and allow us to make the decision that was right for us.

- She was a fount of knowledge. She was able to see things we'd never have spotted during open houses and showings.

- When our home deal hit a snag during the contract period, she walked us through her views, but was also patient with us as we decided how to proceed. Barrie spent a ton of time on our transaction--far more than we could have anticipated--but she was accommodating and professional through it all.

Throughout the process, I felt confident in Barrie's guidance and reassured that she was available to help us. I believe that her guidance helped us to make a strong offer and secure a home much faster than I could have ever believed. I would work with her again and I recommend her without reservation.

In the summer of 2020, we decided to buy a home because it was the right time for our family financially, but it turned out it to be a very difficult time for buyers.
