I specialize in renovations, on both the buying and selling side.

My Buyer's often average a 3-5% savings on their home purchases and my Sellers average 3-5+% more on their sales price, with multiple offers, and binding contracts in less than a week. My last listing of 2020 had 3 offers, bound in 2 days, and sold for $61K more than asking price!

I hold the Pricing Strategy Advisor certification from NAR and have completed the Accredited Buyer's Representative qualifications, only needing a few more sales to display that recognition. I mostly work the West-Metro Atlanta area, including the western neighborhoods of the City of Atlanta, South Fulton, Cobb, Paulding, Douglas and Carroll counties.
