I am an expert in market valuation, financial analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, proformas, budgeting, forecasting, investment, and accounting. I am skilled and seasoned in finance, incentives, easements, right of way issues, contract administration, permitting, design, and entitlement negotiations. I am especially skilled as an administrator and agent acting as a liaison between the various groups within a project.
