Barry Higginbotham

Barry is a third-generation native of Nassau County, Florida.
His father was a Director for the City of Fernandina Beach,
as well as serving as a Nassau County Commissioner giving Barry an intimate
understanding of the local community and its inner workings.
As a young man, Barry honed his service skills while working
at the Ritz Carlton, Amelia Island and Atlanta. Barry soon realized he missed
the unique sense of community that Fernandina Beach offers, prompting his
return to raise a family in this small-town paradise.
Barry has 20 years of experience as a Business Development
Manager in the mortgage industry. This knowledge allows him to guide clients
through the complexities of buying and selling properties with confidence.
Outside of his professional life, Barry is a foodie, music
lover, and fitness enthusiast. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife
and two adult children, often exploring Amelia Island's beaches in his jeep.
