What a positive experience from start to finish. Not only did Barry sell our home in 4 days but he got us well above asking price and we were able to stay in our home 29 days after closing! Selling our home with Barry was quick, easy and stress free . I highly recommend Barry to anyone looking to buy or sell.

My wife and I met Barry about 3 months after we moved to Sacramento. We were always talking about wanting to buy a house, but all we did was drive by houses with For Sale signs and think of what might be. We met Barry during an open house that we knew was way out of our price range. Barry started asking my wife some questions that she didn't know the answer to, so he came out to talk to me. He started talking to me about using my VA Loan and told me that he would have us in a home within a month. I didn't think he was serious, but by the time we went out to dinner that night, he already had Pitt contact us to start working out the financial details. We gave him our price range and he started showing us various houses in the area we were looking for. Once he saw what kind of house and neighborhood we were interested in, things really started taking off. We started paperwork on a house that my wife and I fell in love with, but once I started looking at the numbers, I realized that we wouldn't be able to afford it. I thought Barry was going to feel like we were wasting his time and weren't serious about buying a house, but he was very understanding and said that it would be a problem if we didn't have any reservations. We ended up finding our home about a month after meeting Barry. Throughout the whole process, Barry kept us informed of all the details and treated us like family. Even now, Barry still calls us to check up on us and see how we are doing. He has made a huge impact on our lives and we will always think of Barry as part of our family. I finally found where to put a review about Barry Mathis and his amazing ability to sell homes. He visited the home I had for sale, explained his process, and then apprised me of what I had to do to the home to help him. I agreed to a new paint job inside the house. It sold in 2 weeks. What is thoroughly amazing is how he stays on top of everything. You ALWAYS get phone calls and emails. There was never a time where I felt that I did not know where we were in the process. There is a house for sale next door to my new house and I wish they had asked me who to use. I first found Barry when I was searching the net for forclosures to buy as our first home. Very briefly after I sent an inquiry to Barry for a list of homes to examine, I received a phone call from him ready to take us for a ride around town. Barry was very accommodating and compassionate as my wife & I were nervous and just learning about the shaky real estate environment at the time. He led us through the process and educated us on how all the sales processes will work as they were all in different states toward foreclosure.
