Barry Smith with KW Premier Partners is fabulous realtor with selling and buying home. He was professional and great to work with. He was helpful, open, and reliable through the whole process. He always responded fast to all the questions and really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first open house giving us ideas on how to prepare for selling, what aspects to focus on to generate interest from buyers, how to pick the best offer. Especially, he had a great experience in calculate time from listing to closing so we can move out the house without paying rent-back fee. We had a smooth buying and selling process. Barry is amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase and selling a home, you will not regret it.

RESPONSIVE is the word I'd use to describe Barry Smith. I ended up working with Barry to sell my house and buy another because he responded so quickly to my first inquiry. I was working with another realtor who took days to respond, and in the real estate world, that just doesn't work. Every time we needed Barry to meet us to look at a house, he responded immediately and was available. No questions asked. There was never a time that Barry was not able to meet us on Friday afternoons, evenings, or weekends. I believe it's this responsiveness, as well as Barry's negotiating knowledge and ability, that earned us a great selling price for our home, and got our offer accepted on the next house. I think Barry would be a great choice for anyone looking to buy or sell.

When deciding to sell my home, the one I built to live in forever, the one I worked diligently with the architect to create functional and fabulous spaces (as a retired Professional Organizer) I knew I needed a realtor that understood and appreciated all the details as much as I did.

Barry Smith valued those details. Barry understood that comps are just comps, especially when there aren’t any that reflect the quality of your home.

Barry Smith not only valued those details, he took care of all them to get my home ready to list, maintain during the listing, and attended to them during escrow. This was key for me as I had already moved out of the area…

As sellers, knowing so many wonderful realtors, it’s challenging to determine whom to list with. Barry Smith was a choice I’m thankful to have made…

Barry is absolutely wonderful! He works very quickly and was available on the fly to look at houses all over northern Oregon and sw Washington with us. We’re first time home buyers with a VA loan and buying at a very competitive time. Barry helped us get offers out quickly and determine what was best for our growing family. We met Barry in 2020 when we were pretty casually starting the home-buying process. My husband had already purchased a home in 2015 but this would be my first experience with the process. We looked at one home together with Barry and decided to move on since it was too large for us and out of our budget. But seeing that first home helped my husband and I have conversations about our priorities, our budget and what type of home we wanted to look at. Even in that first meeting, Barry paid attention to things that we liked and didn't like about the home. He noticed details about our lifestyle that would be important for us when looking at homes.

Last winter, we asked Barry to arrange for us to walk through a model home in a new development and he did so right away; touring it with us a few times as we decided that we definitely wanted to pursue the new-build townhouse.

We just closed yesterday on the house and process, as far as Barry was concerned, was flawless. He is honest, genuine, knowledgeable and communicative. He could tell that we are very decisive and didn't send us any other properties once we started to pursue our townhouse. He advocated for us and worked behind the scenes to make the mortgage process easier. I know that we can always reach out to him with questions or concerns or future endeavors. He's one of those people that brings you into his circle because he senses a likeness with you. That builds trust.

Last night after we got the keys, Barry stopped by in person to congratulate us and check in.

I would for sure recommend Barry to any of my friends and family that are looking to buy in the PNW.

I've worked with a few real estate agents over the years, and have never had the level of service I experienced with Barry and his team. If you want someone who will listen to you, work with your budget, and go to bat for you in this crazy market, this is your guy. There are a lot of choices out there when it comes to real estate agents, so do yourself a favor and get in touch with Barry - you will not be disappointed!
