Our decision to move was sudden. Mortgage rates were low and the market was moving. Choosing Bart as our realtor was easy. He gave us important and helpful advice to make our house more marketable. He arrived quickly to video our property for sales promotion. He continually kept us informed about any new developments in our selling process. Our house went on the market at 2:00 0,clock on Thursday. We had 5 showings and two bids by Friday afternoon, and on Monday we accepted an offer. It has been a whirlwind since we made the decision to move, but Bart was effective, courteous, and professional throughout the process.

If you plan on purchasing a home on either Lake Shafer or Lake Freeman do yourself a favor and deal with Bart Hickman. We spent years looking at properties and couldn't find that right home. This year Bart and his team found the RIGHT home and we made our purchase. But our relationship didn't stop at the closing. We stayed in touch and Bart sent numerous e-mails asking how things were going and did we need any help. He went above and beyond the typical salesman and has become my family's friend. Deal with Bart you won't be disappointed.
