I am a full time experienced licensed realtor/ broker in Hawaii working in residential sales including listing, residential lease, distressed properties, military relocation and property management. I would like to touch on my work ethics and how I work. The basis of my ethics and beliefs are all about treating individuals as I would like to be treated along with integrity. Listening as to what your needs are and a strong line of communication of your choice is crucial in successfully accomplishing one of the most important decisions of your life. Another factor I find very important is the clients understanding of the process. There is a lot of information out there which in some cases isn’t always accurate making another component of my job, assisting in the clients understanding of this information so they can make educated decisions. The importance of negotiating and navigating through the transaction process goes without saying.
I worked as a successful Illinois licensed real estate broker associate in the Chicago northwest suburbs for approximately five years which at one time, had some very distressed markets. During then I also was part owner of an LLC along with a couple of partners successfully rehabbing and updating homes. I facilitated the buying and selling of the properties including holding the role of managing member. I was responsible for the hiring of contractors, applying for building permits, supplying the materials, and the details leading to listing of the homes for sale although my primary focus has always been representing my clients in real estate sales and lease.
I owned a home inspection company in Hawaii and was a certified residential home inspector. This gives me the ability point out items that could be a concern and what it might take to correct or repair. I can assist explaining the home inspection process and reports.
I hold the Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and Realtor/ Broker certifications and designations.
