And together they've created systems that allow me to sell more real estate than anyone else in his market and work no more than 20 hours a week.

Most agents brag about how many hours they work each week. Like it's some sort of badge of honor. They tell him how they're working 60-70 hours a week, putting in 6-7 days each week. And by the way, these agents are only selling 10-20 homes a year, working alone without a team. Last year my team and I sold 151 homes. And he worked NO evenings, NO weekends, and very few Fridays.
