Barton Chasler – Local Insight. Trusted Expertise. Your Real Estate Partner.
In Winchester, in a house built in 1915, my mom still lives along the Apple Blossom Parade route. If her walls could talk, they’d tell stories of a childhood filled with neighborhood friends, sports, family meals, and, of course, my dad’s jokes. My dad, Tom, was a beloved real estate attorney. To this day, I can’t go far without someone asking, “Are you Tom Chasler’s son?” His legacy lives on in me—not only in name, but in the values he passed down: a belief in the power of homeownership, the potential of investment properties, and the importance of community. I’ve spent my entire life immersed in the charm, the history, and the steady growth of Winchester.
I’m a proud graduate of John Handley High School and I currently serve as chairman on the Board of Architectural Review, and as a participant in the Citizens Leadership Academy. With years of hands-on experience buying, selling, and renovating homes – as well as a lengthy career as a cost estimator for the Federal Emergency Management Agency and prior to that, a local lumber company – my real estate career began LONG before I had a license. Each step of my story has equipped me with the necessary tools to help, YOU . . . and I’d love to. But above all, I’m a proud girl dad. As a lifelong athlete and former college football player, I always thought I’d be raising a team of boys. Thankfully, life had better plans. Having a girl alters your world view. I’m grateful for the lessons I continue to learn and for my new joyful motto, “Girls Rule, Boys Drool.”
If you’re looking for a REALTOR® who’s approachable, experienced, and deeply rooted in Winchester, I’d be honored to help you take your next step.
