I've recommended the Blackhawk Realty Team to everyone I know. They a true professional and a genuinely nice people . I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

Mr Sullivan was very professional, he assisted me in searching for a home and buying within my budget. It is very difficult buying, especially when you are residing in another state, however, Mr Sullivan took the time to go through each and every detail with me. Basil helped me when I was relocating from Dallas Texas back home to Atlanta Georgia. It was imperative that we had great communication as I only had a single weekend to come into town and look at properties. It was also extremely difficult as this was right at the start of the Covid shut down. I don’t believe that without his market experience, preparedness, and professionalism I would have been able to select a home that weekend. He was also very helpful with the contacts he had in the industry to make all inspection and funding options available to me. I recommend basil to anybody that comes to me about who are used.
