Prior to residential real estate, Basilio's career included sales and management in the fitness industry and property management for AvalonBay Communities and Equity Residential, providing him with the skill set necessary to navigate his clients through the complex process of selling, buying, and investing.

When he isn’t listing or selling properties, Basilio enjoys jogging, motorcycling, snowboarding, and riding motorcycles cross-country with his lovely wife.
