Born and raised in Nevada, Baylee has always called the Carson Valley home. She began her real estate career in 2018 as a Transaction Coordinator for a top-producing agent in the Valley. After gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the industry, Baylee quickly earned her real estate license. Today, she is proud to be part of Intero Real Estate—recognized as the Best Real Estate Office in the Carson Valley for six consecutive years. With her in-depth local knowledge and industry expertise, Baylee takes a strategic approach to every transaction, guiding clients smoothly through both the buying and selling process. Her high energy, dedication, and genuine passion for helping others have allowed her to build lasting business relationships—and friendships—along the way. Outside of real estate, Baylee is a proud wife and mother. She married her high school sweetheart, who now runs a successful local rain gutter contracting business. Together, they’re raising three daughters and are deeply rooted in the Carson Valley community. A big coffee lover and design enthusiast, Baylee enjoys hosting dinner parties and planning events. She cherishes spending quality time with her daughters and loves escaping to Lake Tahoe whenever she can.
