Bernice's commitment to her clients has earned her dozens of industry awards and honors. "I initially received my real estate license simply because I wanted to build a retirement plan for myself as a real estate investor," Bernice recalls. but when people saw what I was doing, they asked me for information and requested that I help them too!" The once reluctant Realtor fell in love with that process of helping others and quickly became a leader in the industry.
