Bea CoBell has dedicated herself to the Real Estate profession. She is an experienced and successful Realtor starting her career over 16 years ago. She understands the importance of her role in every transaction. With her experience and education in this business, she can certainly guide buyers and sellers through every situation that may arise.

Bea believes that her success is since she has a true talent for matching people with houses. “Each client has a story. You need to listen and hear what the needs are and then find the perfect home or help make the sale of their existing home a painless process.”

New construction is a specialty of Bea’s. She has been involved in the custom builds of over 50 client/customers. She has proudly represented several of Hampton Roads premier builders including, Sadler Building Corp., Christopher Kait Construction and Preston Homes, Inc. From choosing a lot in the right location to finding the perfect floor plan, Bea knows exactly which steps to take to ensure that you will soon be living in your dream home.

She holds a CMP designation (Certified Marketing Professional) and is currently working toward becoming a member of the Institute of Residential Marketing. She is a consistent recipient of the Hampton Roads Realtor Association Circle of Excellence awards and the Peninsula Housing & Builders Association, Sales & Marketing Council awards. She started the Rose & Womble Realty Annual Thanksgiving Basket Brigade which has provided thousands of deserving Hampton Roads families with the complete fixings for a traditional Thanksgiving meal.

Bea is married to J. C., an officer in the U. S. Navy and is familiar with the challenges that families face when moving to a new area. She has two children attending Universities here in Virginia and South Carolina. She has a parent living with her in her Great Bridge home. She enjoys reading and her two little dogs, Katy, and Tina.
