About Bea

I grew up in Asheville, graduated from Asheville High School and King College in Bristol, Tennessee. For the next 30 years I taught in the public school system. I have spent a lifetime loving and learning about the mountains of North Carolina and I am so proud to call Asheville my home. I grew up in North Asheville in the Grove Park area and I now live in South Asheville. I am a member of Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church and my hobbies are quilting, walking and camping throughout the beautiful landscape that is the North Carolina mountains.
