Wow. Bea...what can I say? Bea is incredible! We sold our home through Bea while it was in a “coming soon” phase of listing. Bea is attentive, quick to respond, thorough throughout every step of the process and so knowledgeable! Bea put all of fears to rest and made sure that she was one step ahead of everything at all times. I highly recommend Bea if you are looking to have an agent in your corner, whether buying or selling.

our experience with Exit Realty and Bea has been amazing from the start! My wife and I relocated to North Carolina from South Florida and Bea was available to help us almost daily through phone, texts and emails. We were able to find a beautiful home and close on it in a month! Bea is one of the kindest, most hard working, honest realtors we have dealt with and I will be recommending her to all family and friends!

As locals my husband and I found ourselves with no choice but to buy a home as the rental market has become difficult in town. We are new buyers and had a time crunch to find a home and move in. Bea went above and beyond in customer service and being a real person. She was available for my every question and worry always being a hopeful voice when the pressuare was on. Bea knows the area and cares about her clients making sure she was with us every step of the way. We found our home and it was challenging to say the least but we closed in record time and with a very friendly and helpful seller. we were lucky and she supported us every step. I highly recommend her and thank her for being a shining light in the most.stressful time of our lives.
