I'm more than happy to recommend Beatrice as a real estate agent for anyone looking to buy a home in the Fresno/Clovis area. This was my second home purchase, but my first home in Fresno. This time around, I was looking for a two-story house that had two bedrooms on the ground floor to accommodate myself, two sons and my mother. I also wanted to ensure we were in the Clovis Unified School District. Since I was moving to Fresno from Los Angeles, it was also important to me to find a house within the short summer school break, so it would be easier for my kids. After our initial call, Beatrice knew exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste any time on houses outside of my budget parameters. She was also great at offering advice without being too pushy. When making the offer, Bea negotiated the best possible offer. More importantly, she was persistent in following up with the loan and title companies to ensure all the paperwork was getting taken care of in a timely manner. She was so persistent that we were able to close on the house well before the end of the 30-day escrow period. I highly recommend Beatrice for any of your real estate needs!
