Beata Gaska has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1999, beginning her career at a major brokerage firm where she quickly became a top-producing agent. Over her first decade, she earned multiple Centurion and Diamond Awards, a testament to her dedication and success.

As the real estate market evolved, Beata joined Sergio & Banks to offer her clients a more personalized and elevated experience in buying, selling, and investing. Between 2011 and 2015, she sold several million dollars in real estate, earning recognition as a Top Producer by the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. In 2016, she closed over $22 million in new construction and resale transactions, placing her among the top 1% of REALTORS® in Chicago.

Her momentum continued in 2017 with over $38 million in sales, including the most expensive home sold in Chicago that year. Beata remained in the elite top 1% of Chicago REALTORS® through 2018 and 2019. In September 2020, Sergio & Banks joined @properties, enhancing the marketing tools and resources available to Beata’s clients—buyers, sellers, and developers alike.
