When I first met Beatrice, it was straight away very well-coming and we were able to find common grounds pretty quickly. Due to me being in German and her being from Switzerland, we connected on a very personal level. She was so very flexile, caring and motivated to find our forever home. It did not matter if it were Sundays or after hours or late night hours she was always truly there for us, to have the best outcome possible. Even out to this day, after we achieved our goal and found our home, we have built a Unique friendship and are still in touch, for fun coffee get together, speaking our home language and connect on a personal level.

She is truly the best and I will always recommend her to family and friends.

Beatrice sold our current home as well as helping to purchase our new home

Beatrice was caring, efficient, professional. She helped us navigate the process of purchasing new construction and ensured we had no unanswered questions. She also prevented any "gotcha" situations between us & the builder.

In selling our home, she set us up for success and helped us achieve our goal of selling within a certain time frame despite there already being 3 houses for sale on our street alone. Ours sold first and we sold at fair market value despite a waning market.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 10/10 will do business again. Thank you, Beatrice!

Beatrice is an exceedingly pleasant Realtor to work with and military spouse. (for my fellow soldiers & sailors) She patiently assisted me with the search & build of my new home in 2016. Today we closed on it’s sale, we’ve remained in touch throughout the years, even during the most uncertain times. Loyalty and commitment are only a few of her best traits. Beatrice took the time out to explain every step in the process, providing guidance and to help me navigate the market as a first-time home buyer. Her attention to details in the showing & inspection of homes, gave me a great sense of security in knowing she was working in my best interest. Very few realtors in the Jacksonville area care to build that trust with their buyers. We started talking about selling at the beginning of 2021, until it was time and I most recently decided to sell from a remote location. In a crazy market in which we had a very low chance of buying a home, Beatrice was instrumental in our home purchase success. Not only that, but she did it from across the sea (we were stationed in Italy), touring homes for us via video chat, relating to us about life as a military family, working with a 6 hour time difference, and communicating with us at all hours.... all while handling every single logistic with timeliness and effectiveness. Her answers were fast, her organization was fantastic, and her personality was professional and friendly. She continued to check on our home after the purchase (we were still stationed in Italy for another 2 months post-purchase): she checked the mail, provided a lock box for repairs, turned the heat on when the temperature dropped, and continued to go out of her way to support us even though her job was officially done and she didn't have to. We were so fortunate to have found Beatrice.

I knew years ago who I wanted to call when it came time to sell our home in Eagle Landing. Beatrice has been exceptional in every way. She was so thorough explaining documents and answering any questions morning, noon, or night. She was always responsive via text or call. Whenever any issues or concerns came up, Beatrice handled them with professionalism and care. She never once dropped the ball, on the contrary, she touched base with us continuously to make sure we dotted all our i's and crossed all our t's.
