About Beatrice

I began my real estate career in March 2010 - a time when many people said was the worst possible time. I prefer to view it as the best time. Real estate values were at record lows and people were buying properties for a fraction of the worth. I helped many people create investment portfolios as well as find first time homebuyers their dream homes. I viewed this as a great time to learn the ins and outs of real estate transactions!

Fast forward, I'm entering my fourth year selling homes in the western Pinal County area. It's still a great time to buy or sell. The market is ever evolving and I'm changing with the market conditions. Traditional sales are now part of the dialogue. My experience in negotiating short sales and lender owned properties comes in handy when dealing with traditional buyers and sellers!
