Beatrice Naranjo

Bea Naranjo brings 25 years of comprehensive commercial real estate experience to Moseley Commercial Real Estate, Inc. Bea has 16 years of retail property management and leasing experience with companies such as General Growth Properties, Transwestern and Urban Retail. She has expert knowledge of lease administration, retail operations and financial management. Her experience has included responsibilities in several locations across the southwestern region of the United States. Bea served as the Director of Retail Leasing for Planned community Developers/Sugarland Properties, Inc. in 2003 where she was responsible for the leasing of Sugarland Town Square and Kingwood Commons with upscale lifestyle retailers. Following this experience, she joined Moseley Commercial Real Estate, Inc. Bea has negotiated leases with national tenants such as Z Gallery, Ann Taylor, Talbots, Starbucks, Carrabba’s, Jos A. Banks, Pei Wei Asian Diner, Baker Street Pub, Jamba Juice, Children’s Place, James Avery Jewelers, Wells Fargo and others. Bea is a graduate of the University of Texas-Pan Am and her reputation for her work ethic, attention to detail, and team work has been a strong asset for her clients.
