I cannot recommend Realtors Bea and Bryan Norris highly enough. They were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process of getting our home ready to list, and thanks to their expertise, we ended up needing very few repairs after the buyer's inspections. They also helped us find and close on our next home, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their communication was excellent throughout, and their staging of our home was top-notch. Overall, their services were exceptional and I am truly grateful for all of their help.

We worked with Bea as the buyers of a house and she represented the sellers. Our realtor's son come down with COVID and had to be hospitalized in ICU for 40 days during the buying process. Bea did not miss a beat. She stepped right in and made sure all of the necessary paperwork was completed. The most important thing she did for us was to pray for this young man. She was genuinely concerned for a person she had never met. Bea is a class act. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a dedicated realtor with high moral standards.

We so appreciated Bea and Bryan Norris as real estate agents for the sale of our house. Bea and Bryan’s delightful personalities and their personal touches and efforts in facilitating our sale were above-and-beyond the norm. From pre-listing to closing, they reduced so much stress from us in handling our sale. They themselves staged our home, bringing in some of their own items to showcase it more. They photographed our place taking great care to provide high-quality views of rooms, the layout, and the entire property. They stayed in contact with us throughout the entire listing/showing process according to how we wanted to be kept informed.

They worked incredibly behind the scenes handling so many tedious details. Our house had an acceptable offer within 10 days – but a week after that, our buyers lost the buyers of their home – and the domino effect down to us was leaving us without our buyer. Our buyer’s had a backup offer on their property, but when their first offer walked away after having a home inspection, their backup offer withdrew also. We gave our buyers a week to come up with a new buyer on their house before we would have our listing go active again.

Within a week, a third offer came for our buyer’s house, and that one also had a backup offer. Bea, not wanting another offer to fall through and affect us, because of her advanced expertise asked to see the third offer on our buyer’s home and found that potential buyer had not even been pre-qualified for a loan. It was too risky a buyer, so Bea asked to see the backup offer (our buyer’s fourth offer to buy their property), and found that one be much more stable and also guaranteed a conventional loan.

There is so much that can go wrong in a real estate transaction. Bea and Bryan Norris handled the sale of our home, not just as expert professionals – but far beyond our expectations in their personal involvement and efforts to sell our property in the shortest amount of time for the fairest price for both us and our buyers. It is a wonderful thing to come to closing and all parties are rejoicing in the amazement at how well the buyer and seller were held together.

We highly recommend Bea and Bryan Norris as agents who serve their clients like they themselves would want to be treated – with utmost care, concern, and professionalism.

We had been searching on our own for several years for a new home in the Milford Area. We decided to move forward with a professional realtor and chose Bea and Brian Norris to help us. Bea and her partner Brian far exceed my high expectations for a realtor. They exceeded this not only in good moral character, expertise, experience, market savy, negotiation skills, etc., but in serving us by volunteering to help us to prepare our home for sale in ways I never would have expected an agent to assist. They both went far above what was required of them. Their expertise made it easy to trust their solicited advise in the decision making process. They were so easy to work with!
