Beau goes above and beyond for his clients. He is enjoyable, caring, and very patient. He has answers, he is attentive, and he is accommodating. He is polite, as is his wonderful staff! He will guide you each step of the way, and provides insight into the art of selling and negotiating. We were extremely particular, having specific criteria, and the details were critical. Beau understood this and went through this process with us knowing the right home would come along. And it did! We consider him a good friend and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in selling or buying a home. Beau is almost frighteningly good at his job. A thorough professional, he is highly skilled in modern marketing techniques, and uses a sensible and effective system for selling real estate. He provided clear and current documentation of the selling prices of similar properties in our area and gave us sound advice on pricing our property. He was equally good at finding us a house to buy in the extremely volatile seller's market of last summer. (2021) He actively sought out listings and contacts for houses that met our specifications and lost no time in getting permission to view them. He advised us well on our offers, submitting them promptly. We closed on our present home less than two months after selling our old one.

We also found Beau to be a good man, honest and aboveboard in all his dealings with us. His usual territory is in the Westfield-Carmel area; the commission on our modest Indianapolis condo must have been small by his usual standards, but he worked for us as diligently as if we had been selling a much grander place! More than this, he then took on the job of finding two senior citizens with rather limited funds a place they were willing to buy at a price they were able to pay. It was a tall order, but he did it! Moreover, he was cheerful and encouraging; he never lost his patience or his confidence.

Despite Beau Benjamin not being the agent for my real estate purchase, I found him to be very personable, conscientious and attentive. Maybe a little overzealous on the sales side, but with good intention. His staff was also efficient and helpful for the most part.

I cannot say enough about our experience with Beau and his entire team! We made an out of state move to IN and needed to find a home ASAP! He worked with us to make sure we could see as many houses in the one weekend we were here. He knows the market and knew how to negotiate to win the bid for our new home, which is everything!! Not only did the entire process go smoothly but he has so many extras along the way, from family night at the ballpark, tips for painting your new home and recommendations for contractors in the area which we used. So thankful for the process and we 200% recommend not only Beau, but his entire team!! A very community and client oriented business! 5 stars!

I wouldn't trust any other realtor than Beau. He's extremely professional when it comes to meeting and talking about strategies when you first sit down and decide to hunt for a house and throughout the process. He never once said no to a showing, and in fact would plan a few extra houses along the way to take a look at; always going the extra mile.

Beau helped my husband and I sell our house and buy a new one; he was an amazing asset for both! He bought professional photos for our listing and provided us with hard data to determine our list price. Our home sold in 1 day! Buying and selling at the same time can be tricky, but Beau did a great job at making himself available for questions and showings. He was especially knowledgable when it came to negotiating the inspection response! You can't go wrong with Beau!!

Beau was great. He helped us sell our ranch and build our new home. He assisted us with numbers giving us confidence that we could move forward with our dream build if we wanted to which was key to our move. We needed not only assurance but figures to put things in place. Beau was extremely helpful in setting us up to put our house in the market. He had contacts to pretty much anything you needed help with fixing the house. Extremely professional, timely and offers great knowledge especially for a first time buyer like me. My husband has experience purchasing his ranch but not the same with me. I've had a lot of questions which Beau had helped answer. If you need a fantastic real estate agent, he's your guy!! The sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home was a deal with a lot of moving parts, needed precision timing, and an efficient and dependable agent. Beau was all that and more!

He was there every step of the way, coordinating contractors, calling lenders... Beau knocked this out of the park. Sold our house, day before THANKSGIVING DAY, 1st day on the market, and we are closing on our new place before Christmas!

He even got the kids a visit with Santa at the FC Tucker office when we were swamped with all that goes into listing your home. What more could you ask for!? Maybe pizza on move in day? Yeah, he did that too! His team is equally amazing. Everyone really stepped up to make this deal happen. Special shout out to Patrick who was our hero on moving day! Also, special thanks to Jennifer who helped us hunt down a new electrical box and contractor over the holiday! She's a fantastic coordinator.
