We have been in our new townhome for almost 6 weeks. Becca did an awesome job to both sell our condo and help us through the purchase of the townhome. Her excitement and positive energy really helped us through the whole process. We met Becca on Sept 15th, signed papers for our townhome on Sept 16th, cleared out "extras" from our condo to stage it for photos, photos taken and posted, condo listed and sold within 5 days and then the work of packing and moving into our new townhome November 4th. Becca's guidance through the whole process made it go so smooth. I highly recommend Becca and Edina Realty for your home selling and/or buying needs.

Becca was always available to help us work through any issues (we purchased a foreclosure); and was on top of a crazy selling situation that included some bidding wars with unconventional terms.
