About Becca

Becca McWaters is a native of the Golden Isles and a 2002 graduate of Glynn Academy High School. She counts herself lucky to have been able to grow up in the area, surrounded by its natural beauty and the warmth that is found in such a tightknit community. Becca understands the importance of finding a place that suits your personal wants and needs and is dedicated to helping her clients find a place to truly call home.

After graduating in 2006 with a degree in Speech Communication from the University of Georgia, Becca called Atlanta home for 15 years. Her interest in real estate began with her first job as Communications Director for an Atlanta-based developer. She then began working on her real estate license while flipping a house in the Morningside neighborhood. Unfortunately, her plans changed with the market crash of 2008. Becca made her pivot from real estate into marketing and PR, working for clients ranging from a major shopping center developer, national and boutique retail stores, fitness studios and non-profits. Her ability to understand her clients’ unique needs and focus on their best interests made Becca a successful representative for a wide range of businesses. She brings that experience as well as her genuine warmth and caring with her in all of her endeavors and is always willing to go above and beyond the serve her clients interests.

In 2021, the Golden Isles, and Saint Simons in particular, called Becca back “home”. Becca loves the beach and biking and spending time with her rescue labs, Tucker and Cooper. She gives back to the community through support for 100 Women Who Care, Habitat for Humanity, Saint Simons Land Trust, The Humane Society, Operation Bedspread and Hospice of the Golden Isles.”
