I began my real estate career long before I became a realtor, growing up as the daughter of a home builder I was on home construction sites even as a young child. As an adult I spent over 30 years in Banking, Mortgage Servicing, Mortgage Lending and Title Insurance fields learning first hand the ends and outs of these industries giving me valuable experience and knowledge to handle the most complicated real estate transactions. That, combined with my insight into Sarasota and Charlotte Counties has made me your local expert at putting together smooth transactions!
