If we can give Ms Becca Travis 10 stars, we would. We live in CA and bought our 1st investment property in AL with her help!! We didnt even need to fly to AL because she literally did everything for us including the final walk thru! She was very honest from the beginning and kept an open mind during the whole process. She made the transactions so smoothly and even gave us great resources/recommendations for prop mgmt, handyman, and bankers. She is prompt to respond and extremely professional! She is a heaven sent and would recommend her to anyone!

My wife, our kids and myself were looking for a place to purchase in the Huntsville area and were living in Seattle WA. We needed a realtor we could trust and it had to be someone we could meet over the phone and trust that would work for us from 2600 miles away. From the very first phone call I made to Becca, I knew that she was the one we were looking for. She went above and beyond to find houses & neighborhoods that met our needs and desires. Becca was sending us houses as late as 9 to 10 PM Seattle time which means she was working until midnight local time for people she had only met via phone calls at the time. Becca found the house we were looking for and did everything she could to show us the house via FaceTime so that we could make an offer site unseen. It turned out that we live only a couple of blocks from Becca now. She does her job great and knows her clients needs and desires. I would and will recommend her to anyone looking to purchase anywhere she works as a realtor. Fantastic home buying experience.

Becca actually cares about her clients, she went above and beyond to help us. If anyone is hesitant about choosing a realtor just stop right now and give her a call. I promise you it will be the best decision you make. Becca is the best of the best agents out there. If I had any questions or concerns I just picked up the phone and there she was eager and happy to help. She took her time to explain each step of the homebuying process since it has been a while since I last purchased. I would highly recommend Becca to anybody looking to buy or sell with someone who actually cares and understand the market. I have worked with realtors in the past and by far she stands out from the bunch. My partner and I were relocating from out of state and needed someone that we could trust wholeheartedly— especially since we were using a VA loan, and lived far away. Becca was more than happy to make time for us and worked around our schedule when we visited Huntsville to tour homes in person. We ended up not finding anything we liked the first time around so we continued the homebuying process out from of town. She made herself available to FaceTime/video different properties until I found one. She has the best tactics when it comes to writing a contract. I kid you not, she is a fierce realtor who thinks outside the box, and has your best interest in mind every step of the way. We ended up purchasing our home site-unseen and she guided us throughout loan process, inspection, she even set up a mail away closing where I was able to purchase the home still in another state, and even helped us setting up utilities. Buying a home is stressful enough as it is. I am thankful Becca was my realtor and I am sure you will be too.

My husband and I are planning on moving to Huntsville in the next year. We had planned a trip to go out to Huntsville to check out the area and we're hoping we could get an agent to show us around, despite we are not buying at the current time. We've tried contacting several agents but never received a response. Becca Travis was the first agent to respond and she was eager and willing. When we got to Huntsville, Becca had set up a beautiful day of multiple homes in several areas in all of Madison County with portfolios. She was well-versed in her field of profession. Selling the home your children grew up in is very stressful, even if you WANT to move. Becca was very understanding, calm and did everything on our timeline. She understood the emotional and monetary value of our home. Becca gave us suggestions on small things we could do to increase the value of our home. During the listing process she made sure we got out of our home the dollars we put in. After taking photos and then listing our home we sold our house in 22 hours. Becca kept us updated every step of the way, explaining what comes next, etc..😁 Becca then immediately began putting us on the path to finding our new home (6 hours away!). Becca was a great find for me as a buyer in a competitive buying market. Houses were (...still are) selling in 24 hours here and provided the seller with many offers to choose from.
