For as long as I can remember, real estate has been in her life. Becki first residential purchase was a HUD foreclosure that needed renovation, which she bought at her mom's insistence. To her surprise, she doubled my money in two years. Then, her dad found a ranch - it was hideous - but after remodeling it, Becki made $50,000. She used that money to buy a lot in an up-and-coming neighborhood and built her first house, then a second one. Along the way, she developed a passion for celebrating each home's unique qualities, and a vision for making the improvements that turn a house into a home. After several more years of positive real estate experiences, she finally decided to make it official and obtained her real estate license in 2002.
During her post graduate work as a special ed teacher, she discovered that my greatest joy comes from helping people. Becki enjoys every step of the process: the challenge of finding the perfect home for her clients; helping them prepare their residences for sale to make them as attractive as possible to a prospective buyer; offering knowledge of the current market and home values; honestly discussing the benefits and downsides of a potential purchase or sale; and negotiating the best deal in a fair and ethical manner. As the process from start to finish can sometimes be stressful, she remains committed throughout, always available, always in communication, always in service.
