Becky helped us sell our home and find our next home.  It is rare to find a professional, much less a realtor, who is as diligent and supportive as Becky.  This was our fifth transaction in 20 years and one thing we have learned is that it is easy to find someone to buy/sell a house; it is rare to find someone as committed to the sale as they would be for their own property.  Becky and her team were always available for questions, but they were so proactive that we rarely had questions that she had not already answered.  Her strategy and execution for the sale of our home was flawless, from the comparative sales research, to the home preparations, to the marketing strategy, to the final negotiations.  We recommend Becky without hesitation as a buyer and seller's agent.

Selling a property when you have relocated across the country is challenging. Add a pandemic, and you have a formidable situation. Becky and her team navigated us through it all with professionalism and conviction. We could not have asked for more. When we needed persistence, they persisted. When we needed kindness, they were kind. When we needed one more thing, they asked how they could help.

Becky was proactive and made sure the sale of the house was progressing and we had plans for maintenance. She employed a comprehensive marketing plan and helped us understand the evolving market in our neighborhood. She even helped us coordinate staging and cleaning. Her follow through ensured our home was always ready for a showing.

Becky’s experience enabled her to guide us through the process of negotiating price, inspection items, closing dates, etc. with a clear focus on the goal and recommendations for eliminating the barriers to closure. When the pandemic changed the norms for home sales, Becky immediately shifted to the new practices and kept the potential sale moving forward.

This was our fourth real estate transaction with Becky and her team. Once again we were very pleased with the process and the outcome.

I definitely read reviews, I don't write them. However, when it comes to Becky Markowitz, how could I not. We moved from New Jersey to Newtown, PA. We had not sold our house in Jersey so we were looking to rent. Becky went above and beyond for my family and me. She knew just what we were looking for both in terms of style and price range. She worked with us in terms of showings on times that were convenient for us. To top it off we have two big dogs and when it comes to rentals, very few people want pets, no less two 85 plus pound dogs. Becky made it happen. When we are ready to buy, there is no doubt that Becky will be the person for the job. I now not only call her my realtor, she is my friend.

Becky is a dedicated professional with excellent knowledge of the Bucks County area. In 2015, Becky was our realtor for the sales of a single family home and a townhouse, and the purchase of a single family home. We had buyers for both home sales the first weekend they were on the market. Becky listens to your needs and provides excellent advice. She is a problem solver who faces difficult problems head on. Becky does not over commit herself, and you can depend on her to meet her commitments to you.

Becky Markowitz helped us sell our condo and purchase our home in 2015. She came to our condo multiple times to give us advice on clearing out clutter, staging, and preparing for the selling and buying experience. Once our condo was on the market, we received an offer for our full asking price within a few days! It almost sold too quickly, because we still needed to find our next home. Becky quickly arranged many home viewings for us and arranged an extension with our buyers. We found a home we liked and agreed on a price with the sellers, but the real work was only beginning. The house needed an important repair, and Becky guided us through the process of tracking multiple repair people and county requirements. We talked with Becky multiple times each week leading up to the close. Even at the close, we ran into a last-minute problem with the home, and Becky was able to quickly reach service providers to resolve the final issues so we could purchase our home. Becky continued to provide excellent service after the purchase and provided us with contacts for handymen, landscapers, interior decorators, etc. to provide the finishing touches on our home. We strongly recommend Becky Markowitz to anyone selling or buying a house.
