Becky helped our family purchase a home in our desired Midlothian neighborhood when competition was fierce. She went the extra mile to discover details about the listing that gave us an edge and made our offer competitive but at the same time protected and within reason. Becky understood from the sell side what sellers were looking for which helped influence the structure and terms of each of our offers. Communication from Becky was excellent, no complaints. We were relocating from MD and could not be in person for every listing. We trusted her critical and informed opinion enough to bid on a property that we were only able to view over video and we are very happy. Lastly it doesn't hurt that Becky is well connected in the area and working within a large reputable brokerage. In a competitive market you need to have a strong network and reputation behind your offer. This isn't the market for working with your friend or relative who is not familiar or active in the area. Stop looking elsewhere and work with Becky.

My wife and I have purchased 6 homes together and this was the toughest. Kids are gone house was too big yard too much and we wanted to go just didn’t know what we wanted. Becky was I credibly patient, responsive and always willing to find time to “go see” in a sellers market.
